RE-CONNECT

You are your attention. The only moment that we can experience, the only moment in which we can change anything is the present moment and yet it is the place where we spend least time, instead we sleepwalk; we live our lives almost entirely on autopilot. We rarely experience things directly; instead we experience our thoughts about those things.

RE-PERCEIVE

Perception is everything. Our perceptions determine our mental models which in turn shape our actions. If our perception is distorted then our actions will be similarly distorted. When we re-connect to our lives directly, with the correct attitude we will see with a fresh awareness, an expanded consciousness, our perception becomes more flexible as do our mental maps.

RE-DIRECT

With clearer connection and perception we are more able to responds to events rather than react with an “autopilot response”. Re-directing is to respond to events, instead of reacting to them. It means using a greater body, emotional and mental awareness to more consciously choose your actions in the moment and the precepts, attitudes and principles to incorporate into your life.
