What is this about?
The aim of this intensive is to expose all participants to a variety of movement languages (yoga, dance, circus arts, and martial arts) that encourage us to challenge our bodies and help bring focus to the mind.
Our goal apart from having fun is that you can return to your daily life with new tools that can inspire you to continue to feed your life in a creative, conscious and sustainable way.
Movement practice is a path that can provide us with a great understanding of our human capacity; it invites us to create, to explore our bodies in different levels, helping us sense a precious feeling of freedom in different aspects and times of our lives.

FOR WHO IS THIS?
A retreat specially designed to help us disconnect from our fast lives and recharge with time, space and tools to care for and develop our physical and mental abilities.
There are no prerequisites to join this intensive other than to come with an open mind, curiosity and willingness to play.
A ONE DAY OVERVIEW
- 07:15 – 09:00: EMP – metitation, breathing tecniques yoga asanas
- 09:00 – 10:00 BREAKFAST
- 10:00 – 12:00 MOVEMENT SESSION
- 12:00 – 12:30 Snack + FREE TIME
- 12:30 – 14:00 MOVEMENT SESSION
- 14:30 – 15:30 LUNCH
- 17:00 – RESILIENT SKILLS LECTRURE
- 20:30-21:00: dinner
NOTE – we will dedicate 1- 2 afternoons to go and visit our beautiful beaches, swim in the sea or take a nice hike in the wild nature that surrounds us.
